Day-by-Day Itinerary

Day 1 – Arrival in Entebbe
Sean arrives at Entebbe International Airport and meets his local representative. A private transfer takes him to Protea Hotel for a relaxing evening.

Day 2 – Drive to Kibale via Fort Portal
After breakfast, Sean departs Entebbe and drives south to the tea‑clad hills around Fort Portal. Lunch is enjoyed en route amid views of the “Mountains of the Moon.” He checks into Primate Lodge and winds down in the forest.

Day 3 – Chimpanzee Tracking & Bigodi Wetlands
The day begins with a guided trek to observe chimpanzees in their natural habitat. After lunch, Sean visits Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary—a lush corridor for birds and monkeys, managed by the local community.

Day 4 – Queen Elizabeth NP & Transfer to Bwindi
Sean travels through Queen Elizabeth National Park, keeping an eye out for elephants and tree-climbing lions. After a picnic lunch, he continues to Bwindi and checks in at Buhoma Lodge.

Day 5 – Gorilla Tracking in Bwindi
An early morning trek leads Sean through steep forest trails in search of a gorilla family. After spending a powerful hour with the gorillas, he returns to camp for rest and reflection.

Day 6 – Travel to Lake Mburo National Park
Sean journeys to Lake Mburo, stopping at Igongo Cultural Centre for lunch. In the afternoon, he enjoys a boat cruise and optionally joins a night game drive to spot nocturnal wildlife.

Day 7 – Safari Walk and Return to Entebbe
A guided bush walk opens the morning before Sean departs Lake Mburo. On the way back to Entebbe, he pauses at the Equator for photos and souvenirs before catching his evening flight.
